In the implementation of expert construction supervision, the supervising engineer primarily supervises the construction in relation to the compliance of construction with the building permit, main design, typical design, Construction Act, special regulations, and rules of the profession.
- Performing expert supervision over the quality of construction, craftsmanship and installation work during construction in accordance with the agreed conditions, technical regulations and rules of the profession – with an active presence on the construction site
- Monitoring the construction schedule adopted between the Client and the Main Contractor
- Submission of appropriate reports to the investor on the status of works, including reports on spending of funds, deadlines, and quality of performed works
- Reporting on deficiencies or irregularities and proposing measures to address them
- Required/contracted quality assurance
- Inspection and verification of construction log book/ bill of quantities and construction site records
- Organization of weekly/daily coordination, accompanied by the preparation of minutes with a list of obligations of all participants as well as specified execution deadlines
- Organization of inspection and testing of performed works and individual assemblies by authorized organizations in order to obtain positive opinion evaluations and certificates necessary for the successful implementation of technical inspection
- Preparation of documentation, preparation of the final report, organization and participation in the technical inspection
- Identifying and organizing the elimination of deficiencies during the construction, and after their completion
- Preparation of final account and acceptance of works
- Performance of other tasks if authorized by the Client
